Barbequed Leg of Lamb

  • 1 12-14 lb leg of lamb
  • 1 jar of minced garlic
  • 1 jar of barbeque sauce

To have a great piece of tender meat cooked on the grill, the best thing to do is marinate the meat the night before in your choice of seasoning. Place the whole lamb on the grill and let cook for approximately one hour, turning every twenty minutes. After one hour, take your barbeque sauce and coat the top side of the lamb and let cook for 15 minutes. Repeat this step until you have turned the lamb twice, then slice and serve.

Barbequed Cornish Hens

Buy a Cornish hen for each person you will be serving

  • 1 or 2 jar of barbeque sauce

Once again for great grilled and tender piece of meat, it’s best to marinate your Cornish hens in your choice of seasoning overnight. First wrap the rack to your grill in aluminum foil, poke several small holes all around the foil, then very lightly spray cooking spray on the covered rack.

Place rack on grill then put your hens on and let cook while rotating occasionally for about 35 minutes then lightly coat all your hens with barbeque sauce covering them completely.

Let cook for another 15 minutes then serve.
